This listserve has been created in order to share information regarding all aspects of academic advising at SIUE and to develop a continuous professional dialogue about academic advising. Please share this list with your colleagues who have academic advising responsibilities. Any SIUE faculty or staff member can subscribe to the list. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Academicadvisers-list Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using Academicadvisers-list
To post a message to all the list members, send email to academicadvisers-list@lists.siue.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Academicadvisers-list
Subscribe to Academicadvisers-list by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   If the email address you are using to subscribe to this list is your campus email address (i.e. one ending in @siue.edu), then you do not need to enter a password here -- to log into the "Subscribers" area below, you would use your e-ID and password instead. If the email address you are using to subscribe to this list is not your campus email address (i.e. one not with ending in @siue.edu), you can choose to enter a password for this list below. Do not use a valuable password as it may occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a list password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
